Duncan Bridge Resort Condos at Smith Lake

Duncan Bridge Resort Condominiums (also known as Sipsey River Condos and Duncan Bridge Condos), is a gated, 3 building, 52 unit waterfront condominium development and the largest of it’s kind on Smith Lake. This condo community is located next to Duncan Bridge on US Hwy 41 between the city of Arley and the community of Curry.

Duncan Bridge Resort was the first of it’s kind on Lewis Smith Lake. The project broke ground in 2004 with the first building (center building) completed in 2005. The first building is the largest of the three with 20 units and both 3 and 2 bedroom condos. Three bedroom units are approximately 1456 sq feet and two bedroom units are approximately 1344 sq. feet.
